Vendor Management

A PVH purchasing and logistics group, comprising approximately 1,500 member companies, aimed to open up e-commerce opportunities through a marketplace platform. The implementation of this project required the coordination of complex contracts between dealers, payment providers, and the purchasing and logistics group. LKPU took on the responsibility of creating the project, overseeing legal advice, and ensuring factual presentation and economic quality assurance.
