The Story
At a service company with 10,000 employees, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central serves as the primary system for managing employee information. To enable smooth data integration across various peripheral systems, LKPU is tasked with implementing an interface solution.
- Identify and define the essential employee data fields to be transferred from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to the peripheral systems, taking into account both general requirements and country-specific considerations.
