An IT/financial service provider, managing both external and internal employees in SAP HCM, aims to improve the quality of its master data in preparation for the rollout of digital HR processes. LKPU undertakes the task of extracting, analyzing, and structuring 12,000 employee master data records, identifying deviations, and implementing measures to enhance data quality.

A large German non-profit bank aims to streamline and optimize its SAP HR IT system by relaunching simplified processes. LKPU is leading the project, which involves conceptualizing, managing requirements, surveying and redesigning processes, selecting additional SAP modules, and integrating additional service providers. The project management team, along with subject matter experts and consultants, will collaborate with approximately 120 employees over a 9-month period.
