The Story
LKPU plays a critical role in supporting a global chemical company with the implementation, integration, migration, and start-up of an integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) system as part of their global payroll harmonization initiative. The project primarily focuses on APAC countries, including China, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Vietnam. LKPU’s expertise and support extend to future implementation in EMEA and Americas.
- Project management, steering committee, and quality assurance: LKPU provides project management services, establishing a steering committee and implementing quality assurance measures to ensure effective coordination and adherence to project standards.
- Requirements management for HR functions: The team manages the requirements process, encompassing various HR functions, to align the HCM system with the company’s specific needs in payroll harmonization.
- Test Management: LKPU oversees the test management process, ensuring comprehensive testing of the HCM system to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring a smooth implementation.
