The Story
Dayforce’s charter payroll product moved into production with a number of identified and unidentified requirements to be delivered for a compliant, seamless and correct delivery of payroll. While continuously growing its Germany operations by high two-digit numbers per annum, demand for both service quality and quantity increase. To cope with this challenge, LKPU supports the HCM provider by:
- Setting up the requirement management process between customer and HCM provider
- Specification, documentation and communication of generic and customer-specific payroll requirements
- Co-ordination and communication of delivery, test and move to production.
