The Story
A globally operating consumer goods company is implementing Workforce Management and Payroll with Dayforce for its German subsidiaries. WFM and Payroll must be configured differently for each subsidiary. Ongoing changes and adjustments during the implementation period (e.g. mergers of entities, relocation of registered offices) must be taken into account. LKPU joins the ongoing project and supports the implementation and configuration of the software for the various German entities.
- LKPU supports the implementation with two Payroll Consultants and one WFM Consultant.
- Workforce Management is successfully implemented.
- The complexity of the implementation is increased by necessary system adjustments to meet customer requirements and the specifics and regulations of German payroll accounting.
The customer is supported throughout test execution and error correction. Validation and correction of import data required on the customer side is carried out by the consultants to reduce the error rate and accelerate the process.
