Within the scope of the project, challenges related to social insurance and third-party payments were successfully consolidated and resolved.

- To achieve the project objectives, a structured process for health insurance reconciliation was introduced and the defined project measures were successfully implemented.
- For providers of capital-forming benefits (vermögenswirksame Leistungen), incorrect payment references were corrected, and through systematic clarification with the providers, retrospective allocation or reversal of payments was ensured.
- To address discrepancies and payment delays in health insurance contributions, a monthly reconciliation between contribution statements and payment transactions was established, and overdue payments were consistently caught up on.
To prevent incorrect allocations in capital-forming benefit payments, payment references were retroactively validated and a controlled reconciliation process with providers was conducted to ensure correct posting.

A leading British hotel chain introduced payroll with Dayforce in the German market. As a result of the complex implementation process, discrepancies arose in payments to third-party providers. LKPU played a decisive role in the remediation.
