The Story
Dayforce’s charter payroll product moves into production with a number of identified and unidentified gaps and workarounds. Product – and service for BPO customers – need quick stabilization to assure a compliant, seamless and correct delivery of payroll. While gap quality and quantity increase the need to deliver clean customizing and actionable workarounds soars. To cope with this challenge, LKPU supports the HCM provider and its customers by:
- Dayforce Germany payroll customizing and documentation
- Customer workshops
- Specification of organizational and technical interface requirements
- Testing
- Specification, documentation and communication of generic and customer-specific payroll requirements
