The Story
At a service company with 10,000 employees, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central serves as the primary system for managing employee information. To enable smooth data integration across various peripheral systems, LKPU is tasked with implementing an interface solution.
- Identify and define the essential employee data fields to be transferred from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to the peripheral systems, taking into account both general requirements and country-specific considerations.
- Design and configure the interface, establishing data mapping, defining transfer paths, and specifying rules for seamless data synchronization between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the peripheral systems.
- Oversee and coordinate the technical implementers responsible for developing and deploying the interface, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
