With the recommendations of a major strategy consulting firm proving to be largely unactionable, LKPU re-worked sales improvement recommendations. Reporting to the interim board member responsible for sales, LKPU supported by:
- Validation and falsification of recommendations delivered by the parting strategy consulting firm
- Delivery of detailed, pragmatic and actionable recommendations
Initial delivery of changes in processes, staff, tools and systems – and operational support during stabilization.
