The Story
The Central Europe Team is dedicated to fuel the overall pipeline to realize overall growth ambition in this Business Area. The CE Market Share was around 12% in the Core segment, showing a lot of potential as Germany is the market with the highest T&E spend in Europe.
The LKPU team supported the business solution unit of the scheme provider. Some of the tasks include:
- Market Analysis to define Headroom for CE according to the three dimensions
- Create a Heat map (Matrix) of potential clients and privatized selling activities
- Create a CE Sales Strategy
- Support in sales task forces with dedicated presentation creation and program management
- Support in Account Strategy and planning to grow business with existing commercial clients
