The Story
A multinational industrial customer, with a workforce of 8,000 employees spread across 20 countries, recognizes the need to optimize the administration of benefits and pensions for its global operations. To achieve this, LKPU has been entrusted with the project, focusing on assessing and enhancing agreements, processes, and IT systems related to benefits and pensions management. The project aims to establish an optimized IT landscape that minimizes interfaces and reduces reliance on paper-based operations.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing benefits and pensions agreements, processes, and IT systems across all locations.
- Identify and develop optimization scenarios for processes, IT systems, service providers, and tools, considering best practices and the organization’s specific needs.
- Evaluate the identified optimization scenarios based on defined criteria, considering factors such as cost-effectiveness, scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Make informed decisions on the most suitable optimization approach to be implemented.
