Successful Inventory Management System Change and Credit Process Optimization at a German Landesbank

The project was launched by a German Landesbank to implement changes in the inventory management systems for their retail and wholesale businesses. Additionally, credit processes were optimized, and a new version of the financial mathematical software, Marzipan, was introduced. LKPU played a pivotal role in project steering and requirements management, ensuring successful execution.
