Case Study
Global payroll and time & attendance harmonization
For a global chemical company with approx. 5000 employees LKPU supports the implementation, integration, migration and organisational roll-out of a integrated Human Capital Management Suite. Project management, requirements and test management, process design and implementation for China, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Vietnam. The project will be extended to EMEA and AMERICAS as planned with the support of LKPU.
Die Story
After conduction of a RFx process and negotiation with two selected providers, the chosen provider’s solution and services are rolled-out across the region. County by country legacy is replaced and migrated to a unified solution and service. The solution is integration with the HR global system to receive employee data. Interfaces, solutions, providers and specific know-how are reduced. A regional shared service is implemented.
